In the advent of the devolved structures of government to country level, it is necessary that children’s issues be incorporated in the County Integrated plans 2013/2017.

The National Council for Children Services (NCCS) developed a concept note detailing children’s issues in various counties for inclusion in the Country Integrated Plans. The concept note was forwarded to all country coordinators to ensure that pertinent issues are captured during the County Integrated Plans process.Click here to download the document
